EMPI is pleased to announce the release of the 40K series carburetors. If you are looking to upgrade to a dual carburetor setup or improve your current system, then the 40K Series Carburetor Kits are the answer.

These carburetors offer improvements and upgrades that produce performance gains, smooth idle, and reliability over your current single-throat carburetors.

The carburetor base has been extended to accommodate a wide variety of air cleaner options including EMPI velocity stacks. A brass vent tube is added to prevent flooding. This is a common problem during off-road and drag race applications.

Vacuum improvements were done to allow the option of a single vacuum advance distributor and not affect idle performance.

EMPI has made it easy for you to upgrade to the 40K series system by supplying all the necessary components to complete the conversion.
